Civil Process Unit
Court process is served in accordance to state statutes with special attention directed towards prompt and professional personal service.  Execution of writs, from evictions and sequestrations to million dollar executions involving real and personal property are accomplished with the highest regards to the safety of the public and parties involved, with efforts to minimized the expense of seizing, storing, and selling property. 


Criminal Enforcement Unit
This unit executes all warrants from Class “C” to Felonies, including Traffic, Child Support, Contempt of Court Attachments and Juvenile Capias.  Assistance is provided to all of the surrounding Law Enforcement Agencies with calls for services from the citizens when manpower is short.  This unit also focuses on the traffic concerns in the outlying areas of this precinct. 

Juvenile Unit
A.S.A.P. Project
This unit concentrates it’s efforts on the youth of our county.  The A.S.A.P. Project is a program preformed in conjunction with the Burleson ISD to assist in notification to the parents of their student’s absence from school.  A.S.A.P. has returned hundreds of habitual truants back to their schools benefiting the family and community collectively.
 
Reserve Unit
This unit is composed of Deputy Constable’s trained to the same high    standards set by the state and by this office.  Reserves perform duties of each of the above listed units.  Reserves are a group of people dedicated to working for their community as deputies, despite their Full Time careers.  Reserves dedicate approximately 16 hours a month service the community at no additional cost to the public.
