OBTAINING A CATTLE BRAND
Livestock owners may register their mark/brand in person at the County Clerk's office 2 N. Main Rm 18 Cleburne TX, located in the basement of the Historic Courthouse, or mail the application with appropriate fees to: Johnson County PO Box 1986 Cleburne TX 76033 Attn: Brands
1. Livestock owners will need to research the current Mark and Brand book to verify that the brand they have chosen is not presently owned by another.
2. Upon verification, the livestock owner will complete the "Marks and Brand Application".
3. Pay appropriate fee(s).
4. Completed "Certificate of Registration" will be processed and returned to the owner.

1. If you wish to register the brand by mail, please print the application below and mail appropriate fees to the address listed at the bottom of the application.
All fees are due and payable at time of service.
•Personal checks are not accepted.
•Business checks are accepted with company information on check.
•Credit Cards are accepted with a small fee.
