Deed Records are located at the Historic Courthouse Downtown Cleburne located at 2 N. Main St. Room B15 South hallway at basement level. Most Real Property recording is $16 for the first page and $4 for each additional page. Any stamps or marks on the back of a page count as an extra page. Documents must have original signatures and notary seals or be a certified copy. Personal checks are not accepted.

$5.00 for Certification plus $1.00 per page
$3.00 fax fee (in addition to copy fee). Fax limit 50 pages.
