Duties |
|
Under immediate supervision, directly supervises juvenile during work programs, rest periods, and all other related activities. Operate electronic communications equipment. Maintain equipment logs. Performs other related duties as required. HOURS WORKED WILL BE PRIMARILY ON WEEKENDS. |

Experience |
|
Some experience working with at risk youth or successfully completed courses in law enforcement, social work or similar studies preferred. |
|
Education |
|
High school diploma or GED equivalency. |
|
Special Requirements |
|
Must be a citizen of the United States of America, age 21 or older; Must have (with or without accommodation) vision correctable to 20/20; Hearing and physical abilities to perform restraint of residents (as needed); Must be able to respond to emergency situations in the work area, utilizing established procedures. |

Physical Requirements |
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or others.
