business hours; due to heavy work schedule, an appointment is advisable.
How do I get on the bidders’ list?
You
may contact the Purchasing Department by phone, mail or e-mail and request
an application.
Purchase Order
Purchase
orders are required for any purchase made by Johnson County. An official
purchase order with an authorized order number affixed thereon is the only
method for the purchase of supplies, materials, equipment, construction,
repairs, and/or services obligating the County.
Payment Terms
Payment
will be made in accordance with V.T.C.A., Government Code, Title 10,
Subtitled F, Chapter 2251.
