County Treasurer Debbie Rice was appointed by the Commissioners Court to fill the unexpired term of Barbara Robinson as Johnson County Treasurer, effective October 1, 2010 and was elected to a two year term in November 2012,
Rice, and husband Bill Rice, reside in Cleburne. She has lived in Johnson County for 30 years. She is a graduate of Cisco High School. She has two children Misty Scott who lives in Hico, Texas and is the parent of her two grandsons Dakota and Hunter Mullins, and a son Billy Rice who is an electrical engineer and a graduate of Texas A&M . He resides in College Station. Debbie has worked in various banks and Johnson County offices for 30 years.
