County Treasurer Debbie Rice was appointed by the Commissioners Court to fill the unexpired term of Barbara Robinson as Johnson County Treasurer, effective October 1, 2010.
Rice, and husband Bill Rice, reside in Cleburne. She has lived in Johnson County for 30 years. She is a graduate of Cisco High School. She has two children Misty Scott who lives in Hico, Texas and is the parent of her two grandsons Dakota and Hunter Mullins, and a son Billy Rice who is an electrical engineer and a graduate of Texas A&M . He resides in College Station. Debbie has worked in various banks and Johnson County offices for 30 years.
