Job ID: 08-027 DUTIES Under general supervision, performs various clerical duties in the Personnel Office. Answers telephone and greets vistors; Maintains manual and computerized files; Assists with applicant flow and new hire processing and employee benefits; Types correspondence, reports, etc. May perform other related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE: Six months personnel experience. Computer literate. Preference given to applicants with experience/knowledge regarding benefits administration, HRIS, FMLA, COBRA and other Personnel related matters. EDUCATION: SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality. Must be able to work well with others. GENERAL PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or others. |
