What is My Precinct and District?
Johnson County Voting District - Precinct Map
On your Voter Registration Card, you will see a precinct number. Your residence is located in a specific "precinct" or area within the county where you will vote on Election Day. In some cases, precincts may be combined to accommodate joint local elections.
Look at your voter registration card to see which voting precinct you are in. If you are a registered voter, you can check online at MyVoterPortal.gov by filling out the Am I Registered? section.
Commissioner, Precinct 1 - Voting Precincts: 6, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 30, 33, 36, 37
Commissioner, Precinct 2 - Voting Precincts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 31, 32, 34, 38, 39, 40
Commissioner, Precinct 3 - Voting Precincts: 7, 8, 10, 11, 35, 41, 42, 43
Commissioner, Precinct 4 - Voting Precincts: 9, 12, 13, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29
If you are unsure what your precinct is, you can click on Johnson County's Interactive Precinct Map and follow the steps:
- At the top, enter your address (ex: 103 S Walnut St), and press Search
- The map will zoom into your address and pull up a window that gives you information about the location of your address:
- County Precinct number
- Voting Precinct number (this is the precinct you will vote in)
- Who is your Constable, and where are they located
- Who is your Justice of the Peace, and where are they located
- Who is your County Commissioner, and where are they located
